Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. If you have any troubles opening your download, please contact us via the form below and we will be happy to assist.
Downloadable items are not eligible for return.
Refund Policy
Firstly, please let us know if there are any issues with your order.
We do not accept returns on digital downloads, custom orders, items from the yarn stash, or any sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition your received it in. It must also be in its original packaging.
Shipping Policy
All orders are marked with flat rate shipping. You will be reimbursed any overages/difference in shipping.
All parcels are sent via Canada Post. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
US/International shipping does not come with tracking.
All shipping within Canada come with tracking.
Local Pickups
If you are local to CHARLOTTETOWN, PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND, then you are eligible for local pickup at my home. When your order is ready, you will receive an email notification indicating as such. Please let us know if there are any changes to your allotted pickup schedule ASAP.
Orders will be clearly marked and placed in the front foyer of my building for contactless pickup.
